Beneficiaries

The individuals or entities, for whose benefit the trust was established, and who are entitled to the benefits laid out in the trust deed. These benefits may be vested or non- vested.

If the benefits are non-vested we refer to the trust as a discretionary trust. i.e. No benefits accrue to the beneficiaries unless the trustees have, in their discretion, awarded the benefits.
