Trusts

A trust is a legal contract entered into between the Donor, the Trustees and the Beneficiaries, under which assets donated to or acquired by the trust are placed under the control of the trustees, whose duty it is to manage the assets for the benefit of the beneficiaries. A trust may be "Inter Vivos" (established in the lifetime of the donor) or "Testamentary", established on the death of the donor.
