Access to Information manuals

In terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act of 2000, each and every private entity, Company, Close Corporation, Trust, Partnership, Sole Proprietor, must prepare, publish and lodge a manual of information. This manual has to be prepared, in the case of existing entities, by no later than 31 August 2003, and in the case of new entities, within six months of its incorporation or commencement of business.
